About Benjamin

Born, raised and worked his entire 37-year law enforcement career in Orange County, Benjamin Stauffer is now running for Judge of the Superior Court in Office #30.

Ben has spent his career serving the people of Orange County as a Police Officer for 30 years and as an attorney for 14 years.

Ben retired as a Captain from Garden Grove PD in 2016. While in private practice, he investigates high level police workplace misconduct cases and has prosecuted cases as a Deputy District Attorney.

He is an avid pilot and he and Abbe, his wife, will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this December.
